PGERS Project Update

PSRS/PEERS is continuing work on the implementation of the new Pension Administration System.  As mentioned in the August, 2008 Employer Reporting Quarterly, the import file layout to be used with the PensionGold Employer Reporting System (ERS) has been finalized and provided to the payroll software companies that are helping with initial testing.  The Project Team is hoping to gain productive feedback from these companies to make the process as efficient as possible when the remaining payroll software companies are brought on board.  A demonstration of the Employer Reporting System in Pension Gold will be given at the Employer Conference this October.  If you are interested in seeing the demo and have not already registered for the conference, please click here.

Payroll Provider Updates

Mid-year 2006, a survey was done of each PSRS/PEERS covered employer asking what payroll software/company you use.  The survey also asked if you were planning to make any changes in the near future.  If you have made any changes since responding to that survey (you have changed payroll software or companies) please contact your District Service Representative or you may contact Tasha Owens, (800) 392-6848, ext. 1069, towens@psrsmo.org.  This information is important as we continue with our Ticket to the Future project.  Thank you.
